Susan Wehrle is the President at Title Partners Agency, LLC. In this role, she leads the overall vision and growth of the title insurance agency. She also oversees all direct title production and escrow closing operations, database software support & maintenance, regulatory compliance, along with employee training and development for the agency and their affiliated title insurance agencies.
Susan has 30+ years of experience in the title insurance industry and is respected as a top leader in the local title insurance industry. She has a robust escrow closing background and prides herself in mentoring and developing her team to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients. Prior to joining Title Partners Agency in 2019 as Vice President of Operations, she previously held the positions of Vice President and Regional Escrow Branch Manager at two other St. Louis area title agencies.
She is an Affiliate Member of St. Louis REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) & Missouri Land Title Association (MLTA), serving as the current MLTA Zone 5 Co-Chairperson (2023-2025), as well as the current MLTA Scholarship Committee Chairperson (2022-2025). She is certified as an ALTA Home Buyer Outreach Program (HOP) Leader and has obtained the Missouri Title Professional (MTP) Designation from the Missouri Land Title Association (MLTA), as well as the National Title Professional (NTP) Designation from the American Land Title Association.
Susan is native to the St. Louis area and enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family.
