John Duckworth is the Executive Vice President and Director of Operations of Insight Title, LLC. He received a BS in Marketing and BA in Spanish from the University of Missouri. In addition to his regular duties at BLT, Mr. Duckworth is a member of both the Kansas Land Title Association & Missouri Land Title Association’s Education Committees, a regular instructor at the Missouri Land Title Institute and has participated in the creation of the Missouri Title Certification Program. Mr. Duckworth is also penned the Study Guide for the Missouri Department of Insurance Title Insurance Producer’s Examination in 2008, which has become the accepted study guide for new title professionals across the state of Missouri. Prior to joining Bankers & Lenders Title, Mr. Duckworth served as an Examiner and Policy Department Manager for a local title company where he helped push the firm into the top 4% of all agencies of a top national title insurance underwriter, as determined by remittance volume. Prior to his beginnings in the title industry, Mr. Duckworth worked in Prague, Czech Republic as a Global Networking Consultant for a venture capital firm. In that position, he helped locate start-up software firms for investment, and manage these firms’ entries into foreign markets around the world.
