STUDY GUIDE: MLTA is pleased to announce that we are now offering a Study Guide to assist those preparing to take the License Exam.  The cost is $125.00 for MLTA Members and $200.00 for non-members.  You can purchase the Study Guide through MLTA by simply emailing MLTA at mlta@mlta.com that you wish to purchase the Study Guide.  You will then be sent an invoice.  Once MLTA has received payment, the Study Guide will be sent to you by email in PDF format for you to print. 

MLTA's Advisory, Judiciary and Legislative Committees, along with John Coghlan, Jim Durham, MLTA Board of Directors and Officers have spent a trememdous amount of time, energy and dedication in working with the Department in the development of the Rules and Forms that have been created to implement SB 66. You may view the list of Statutes, regulations and bulletins as listed on the DIFP's website by clicking here.

HOME CLOSING 101 an Educational Initiative of the American Land Title Association. At Home Closing 101 you will find the information you need to prepare yourself for closing day. By becoming familiar with topics such as title insurance, escrow fees and closing costs— when the time comes to sign on the dotted line, there won’t be any unwelcome surprises.
