ALTA NEWS: American Land Title Association has launched an initiative to license the use of its uniform title policy forms.

STUDY GUIDE: MLTA is pleased to announce that we are now offering a Study Guide to assist those preparing to take the License Exam. The cost is $125.00 for MLTA Members and $200.00 for non-members. You can purchase the Study Guide through MLTA by simply emailing MLTA at mlta@mlta.com that you wish to purchase the Study Guide. You will then be sent an invoice. Once MLTA has received payment, the Study Guide will be sent to you by email in PDF format for you to print.

HOME CLOSING 101 an Educational Initiative of the American Land Title Association. At Home Closing 101 you will find the information you need to prepare yourself for closing day.
