For 23 years, David Litten owned and operated Bowman’s Vernon County Title Company in Nevada, Missouri. Prior to getting into the title business, he was a high school teacher, serving as Director of Bands in Bolivar, Missouri for six years. He also taught in Columbia, Missouri and Kalamazoo, Michigan. David began with First American Title Insurance Company in the fall of 2000. In 2005, David was appointed Missouri State Agency Manager for First American, a position he held until August, 2015 when he joined Agent’s National Title Insurance Company. He is now serving as a risk analyst for Agents. David earned a B. S. in Music Education from the University of Missouri, Columbia campus in 1968 and an M. S. in Music Education from the University of Western Michigan in 1970. He still resides in Nevada, Missouri with his wife Betsy McReynolds.
