Nancy LoRusso, National Title Professional (NTP) and president of U.S. Title has a Master's and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Maryville University and has been in the title industry thirty-plus years. Starting as receptionist in 1976, Nancy has filled a variety of positions, with an emphasis in escrow. Relocating to Salt Lake City, UT, in January 2000, Nancy personally opened Gateway Title, which grew to 6 closing offices within a 6-month period and supervised the corporate and production locations as well. While in Utah, Nancy began guest speaking for the Utah Land Title Association (UTLA) and became an active member of the ULTA Liaison Committee with the State Department of Insurance and a member of the ULTA legislative committee. After relocating to St. Louis in 2003, Nancy transitioned into the role as president of U.S. Title. She not only oversees the day-to-day operations of Missouri’s largest title agency, but is also past-president of the MLTA. In addition, she holds an advisory board position for U.S. Bank and is a public speaker for St. Louis Public School’s Partners in Education. For her involvement in ongoing mission trips to Guatemala as well as her community work through her local church, Nancy received Realogy’s Humanitarian Award in June 2011. She is married to Vince, has four children and two grandchildren.
