	Please use this schedule to calculate your dues for the 2008/2009 year. As a MLTA Member, you may purchase a Banner Ad promoting your Company. The cost is $500.00. Your banner ad will display on both the Public and Member side of the MLTA Website. Dues rates for Active Members, based on the number of licensed

Employees

For each licensed employee over 26 add $10.00 per employee.

The dues for affiliate members is $250.00 per year.

Dues for underwriters are $1,000.00 plus $50.00 for each $100,000.00 of premium revenue. In addition, if the underwriter operates an agency for which it wants a listing, the agency must pay dues according to the active member schedule.
