disclose any question from the examination I am about to take to any party;
that, to the best of my knowledge, no person has provided me with specific
examination questions or answers to specific questions from the examination I
am about to take or from any previous versions of the exam. I understand and agree that I will not be
provided with copies of correct answers or be advised as to which questions I
answered incorrectly. I understand and agree that I may not dispute the final
test results by any means, and I expressly waive my rights to do so. I agree and acknowledge that my failure to
obtain a successful outcome on the exam in no way affects or limits my
agreements above regarding the non-disclosure of specific test questions to any
party.
