In consideration of the potential certified status the Certification Program may designate in my behalf,  I agree and attest that I will not attempt to copy or obtain a copy of the examination I am about to take; that I will not disclose any question from the examination I am about to take to any party; that, to the best of my knowledge, no person has provided me with specific examination questions or answers to specific questions from the examination I am about to take or from any previous versions of the exam.  I understand and agree that I will not be provided with copies of correct answers or be advised as to which questions I answered incorrectly. I understand and agree that I may not dispute the final test results by any means, and I expressly waive my rights to do so. I agree and acknowledge that my failure to obtain a successful outcome on the exam in no way affects or limits my agreements above regarding the non-disclosure of specific test questions to any party.

I understand that I am not permitted to take any personal property into the examination room with me, and I have been advised to secure my personal property by my own methods. I have, instead, elected to deposit my personal effects with the Certification Program, and I understand that the Certification Program will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. I hereby release the Certification Program, its officers and agents, and The Missouri Land Title Association, its officers, directors, agents and employees, from any liability, known and unknown, for loss or damage to any of my personal effects or the contents thereof.
